Preparing for the 2023-2024 School Year:
Four things you need to do to prepare for class registration:
- The re-enrollment deposit was due on February 15. If your family has yet to pay this deposit, your family will now have a financial hold on your account. As a result, your student will be unable to register for classes until this deposit is paid.

- Login to OnCampus here to access your Tuition Management account.
Sign up for a 1-on-1 registration meeting for you, your student, and a member of our faculty and staff.
We invite students and parents to meet with a Wheaton Academy faculty or staff member for a 20 minute registration meeting to register for classes for the 2023-2024 school year. Students and parents will be able to have questions answered regarding the school’s suggestions for class registration. This night’s purpose is to ensure that students and parents feel confident with their class choices and maximize the opportunities for learning at Wheaton Academy.

Review your student’s course recommendations.
Your student will receive course recommendations on Tuesday, February 21. Please review these recommendations with your student. Additionally, students received an overview of our curriculum changes and course offerings during the week of February 13th.
Attend an optional informational ZOOM for parents on Wednesday, February 23rd for more details and Q&A about the class selection process.

Attend your registration meeting with your student on your reserved date.
Please be sure to bring your student’s course recommendations sheet to your Registration Night meeting to help guide the conversation with a Wheaton Academy faculty or staff member.

If you choose to opt-out for the 2023-2024 academic year and wish to no longer attend Wheaton Academy, please contact the Wheaton Academy Business Office in writing no later than February 15, 2023.
